2. Maurice Smith. Married Evelyn Rickman while in college at Howard Payne. Pastored student churches and the First Baptist Church of Freer. Missionary to Ghana, West Africa. Associate in Interfaith Witness Department of the Home Mission Board of the SBC. Professor at Southwestern Seminary and satellite campuses of Howard Payne University and Wayland Baptist University. Retired in New Braunfels, Texas.
3. Herbie Zimmerman. Pastored several churches in Central and Southeast Texas while teaching school and serving in administration in Baytown Public Schools. Married Helen Jordan. Helen and Herbie met at Baylor.
4. Townsend Taake. I lost track of Townsend. I got word that he has passed away.
5. David Foster. Wife, Shirley. David served in the military and afterwards worked in the Public Schools of Texas. His last job before retirement was Deputy Superintendent of Waco Public Schools. He and Shirley live in Fort Worth.
6. Troy Conner. Served in the military, then went to work in the Veteran's Administration, while serving in several Houston churches through the years as Music Director, always working with his wife, Ruth Ann.They attend church now at Westbury Baptist Church, near their home. Their last staff positions were Music Director and Pianist at Timbergrove Baptist Church, Houston, for 17 years.
