The message of Christ and His love is a message the world needs to hear. Let us sing the Lord’s song.
When a believer is baptized, he/she is declaring, “I am united with Christ – in His death, in His resurrection, and in His life.”
In spite of living in a technologically advanced age, we long for simple things..
Human beings were created in the image of God, but rebelled against God. God is determined to restore us to fellowship with himself.
“If everyone lights just one little candle, what a bright world this will be.”
Look for the good things in your church. You'll find them. Then ask the Lord for His help to make the good things better. The Lord has high hopes for His church, and, if you are a member, that includes you.
As we come to the end of this work week, the economy is on our mind. Jesus said, "Put God's work first and do what he wants. .. Don't worry about tomorrow. It will take care of itself. You have enough to worry about today”
The Tower of Babel symbolizes for all time the foolishness of leaving God out of our thoughts and plans. Jesus said, “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). If we are to be successful with God, we must not allow ourselves to let Him become an afterthought.
Jesus wants all who know Him to share the good news that God loves the people of the world and wants them to come home to Him. He wants each of us to live as “a true Christian.”
All things considered, I’m in pretty good shape for a guy who has had as many birthdays as I have had.
